for Her Majesty's gracious approval, an Ordinance, No. 8 of 1886, intituled "An Ordinance for regulating Buildings and Nuisances". This Ordinance has been unanimously passed by
the Legislative Council. Stringent and severe as its requirements are, I felt that the Sanitary condition of the Colony
